The ACT Government produces this overview of the Residential Tenancies Act as a reference for tenants, landlords and other housing providers. The Act (s13) requires landlords to provide tenants with a copy of it or advise where to access it prior to commencement of a tenancy.
It is a very useful resource containing checklists, examples and case studies as well is links to additional information.
